Folk high school and private education – at the same time
Many people think that a year at folk high school means that you have to put your school subjects on hold. It doesn't have to be that way.
At Hallingdal Folk High School, students have the opportunity to work on private subjects alongside their major. For some, it's about improving grades, for others, it's about taking up a subject they're missing for further studies.
We help students create a plan and create good routines throughout the year. At the same time, they get to experience everything that makes folk high schools special – the community, the activities, the trips and the experiences.
