Insurance, passport and student ID

You need to remember this before school starts.

Before you pack your bags and head to Hallingdal Folkehøgskole, there are some practical things you need to arrange:

• Valid passport
  The passport must be valid for at least 1.5 years into the future .

• European Health Insurance Card
  Ordered for free from helsenorge.no .

• Contents and equipment insurance
  You must arrange your own insurance for personal belongings and equipment.

• Travel insurance
  The school has accident insurance and travel insurance for all students on school-sponsored trips, but you should have your own travel insurance that covers leisure time.

• Student ID (ISIC card)
  You can arrange this yourself via www.isic.no ,
  or download the app by searching “ISIC” in the App Store or Google Play.
